I am a tall guy, 6'6" 235lbs, and the length on this fleece is exactly how I like it. No need to worry about raising my arms to stretch to expose my undershirt or anything like that.

The fleece is not that thick, it is intended for cool weather, but not freezing. I would wear it in 32-45 degree weather. I know different people have different resistances to cold, but here in Texas we get cold pretty easy. So my personal opinion is it isn't warm enough for anything below freezing.
