The ELECTRON is a super-lightweight, windproof and extremely breathable softshell jacket. It is ideal for dynamic outdoor sports such as trail running, Nordic Walking and biking, while the remarkable weight and breathability also make it suitable for high-intensity, fast & light alpinism.

The main fabric used is STORMLOCK O2 SOFTSHELL ATMOSPHERE, our lightest windproof softshell laminate. The membrane in the laminate is macroporous, which allows continuous air exchange through the fabric during movement. This results in an amazing increase in the moisture vapour transmission rate and a vastly improved wear climate.

The comfort is further enhanced by incorporating inserts on the back and sides in even more breathable, kinetic stretch FLEX SHIELD X-LITE. The jacket is equipped with high-vis reflective detailing �C a useful feature for biking.

Always loved Carhartt. This jacket is awesome when it comes to not just being comfortable, but also for warmth. The outer layer is made to seriously protect against the wind and that's half the winter battle. The inner layers while not super thick is perfect especially with the addition of a sweatshirt or basic long sleeve shirt against the cold. Been my favorite jacket for years. Definitely recommend everyone has one. Good for cool days up to including extremely cold days
